My name is Amanda. In October 2008, I decided that it was time to take control of my health.

I am committed to building a better body one day at a time. I don’t belong to a gym. I am not a personal trainer nor have I ever worked with one. I am doing this on my own and have lost 50 lbs and changed my body in the process. 


I believe in eating enough clean food to fuel my body. I have taught myself to cook and try new recipes often. I batch cook over the weekends to have enough food for lunches and dinners to pack for work throughout the week. I have educated myself on nutrition and what works for my body.
