Saturday in the office.
Today’s Lunch-Stuffed bell pepper with quinoa and ground bison (a great replacement for ground beef, chicken, or turkey) and a cup of steamed green beans.
Batch cooking meals saves time, money, and bad choices. I cook everything on the weekend and eat planned meals throughout the week. For me, not planning is planning to fail. I always try to be prepared!
