One day a week I dedicated an entire workout to cardio. I would have preferred an outdoor run, but the sidewalks are too icy. So, I downloaded the latest Women’s health magazine on my iPad, turned on the Bronco game, and jammed to my iTunes for an hour. My average HR was 135….nice and steady.

As mentioned, I received a free copy of this DVD from Sparkpeople.com and asked to write a review. I won’t be writing my full review just yet (I’m ready for bed!), but I did workout today!
I did the 20 min Tone and Burn section and the 30 min total body challenge. I had to modify a LOT by making it harder. They suggest 3-5 lb weights…I used 8 lb dumbbells...
