Getting back into running condition is a pain in the ass…literally…and quads…and hip flexors….and calves….okay..everything hurts. I did a VERY SLOW 4 miles today with a warm up and cool down. My average pace was around 11:15 (Told you, slow slow slow!!!) But, it’s a start and I am on mission!
