It took me until 3 pm to work up the motivation to actually get my workout started, but like they always say—you never regret a workout! I killed it with my GISG Tabata circuits and then soaked up some 80 degree sunshine while I did running intervals outside. My legs are still...

Get Ready to Get Sweaty-GISG Chest/Back + HIIT
Thank god for Spring Break! I was able to sleep in until 7…take my time waking up…and knock out a 75 minute workout to kick off the week. Chest is definitely my least favorite to lift…back and shoulders are tied for first. Today, I did the perfect combination of chest/back with a little booty mixed in for good measure! Ended the workout with 30 min of HIIT…sweat dripping...

Get Ready to Get Sweaty-GISG Circuit Training
Finally decided to stop procrastinating and get after my workout today. Kyra, The Get in Shape Girl planned a disgusting sequence of body weight exercises that had me laying on the floor….and then whimpering..not another wall sit..PLEASE! Since I waited so late to workout, I couldn’t do my outdoor sprint work that is usually planned for Saturdays so I hopped on the elliptical for...

I am going a little lighter on the weights to make sure I don’t re injure myself. I used 12s and 15s today to train…and I was using 20lbs plus with a barbell. Slow and steady increasing...
