Get Ready to Get Sweaty-GISG Chest/Back + HIIT
Thank god for Spring Break! I was able to sleep in until 7…take my time waking up…and knock out a 75 minute workout to kick off the week. Chest is definitely my least favorite to lift…back and shoulders are tied for first. Today, I did the perfect combination of chest/back with a little booty mixed in for good measure! Ended the workout with 30 min of HIIT…sweat dripping...

I was SO tired last night….and decided to TRY to sleep without any sleeping meds…BIG FAT FAIL FAIL FAIL. I tossed and turned all night and ended up sleeping 15 minutes past my alarm. But, I got my ass up and did my GISG workout and managed to squeeze in 15 min of cardio instead of my usual 30.
