thetenpoundchallenge asked: I really admire your self discipline! Do you find that losing the weight is harder than the maintenance part of it? Also, have you always worked out on your own (i.e home) vs. a gym--or did you start off at a gym first and then gradually did it on your own? Look forward to reading more! :-)
