Combined yesterday’s body weight circuits with today’s legs and ab. Intense to say the least. Thank you Kyra for yet another ass whooping!

Well, for being a slacker earlier in the week, I more than made up for it today. I had the time and dedicated it to making up my leg day that I skipped Wednesday and combining with my shoulders/arm routine today. Not only that, but I incorporated cardio bursts after every circuit to make for a very long and sweaty workout. Hopefully Kyra will forgive me for missing 2 workouts this week!

Get Ready to Get Sweaty-GISG Chest/Back + HIIT
Happy Monday!!! After a weekend of boozing and eating, I am in need of a squeaky clean eating day, lots of water, and of course a sweaty workout. Today was Chest and Back and I must say…I am feeling strong! Kyra, the get in shape girl, challenged me to do 50 burpees throughout my workout. I did 75— :p
