Sunday funday meal prep!
Breakfast: protein pancakes with strawberries (pre workout)
Snack: protein shake and apple (post workout)
Lunch: salad with tons of veggies, 3 oz steak, blue cheese, and walnuts with Annie’s organic lemon chive dressing (I can’t wait to eat this!)
Snack: grapefruit w/ hard boiled egg
Snack: low sodium rice cake and white chocolate wonderful peanut butter
Dinner: orange roughy w/ steamed asparagus and sliced tomato
